'Strictly' stars rebel against producers

Strictly Come Dancing's celebrity participants staged a revolt against show producers after learning that they were plotting to bring back an eliminated contestant.
Executives planned to offer viewers the chance to give one of the nine celebrities who have been voted off another shot at winning the competition, but apparently scrapped the idea following protests from the remaining five contestants.
A source told The Mirror: "Some of the celebs were raging at the thought of competing against someone who'd been ejected. They argued that they had been working their socks off learning new dances, while the others have been getting on with their normal lives.
"They said it would be deeply unfair if someone could return and win. They also said the audience would be confused."
