Strictly Come Dancing star Jerry Hall has claimed that it is "unfair" to pit her against Olympians Louis Smith and Victoria Pendleton on the show.

The model and actress said that although she is looking forward to the challenge of Strictly, the prospect of facing two London 2012 greats makes her somewhat uncomfortable.

"I love to do things that are scary, that scare me," she told Lorraine. "I didn't know there were going to be all these Olympic athletes - it's a bit unfair."

Hall also claimed to have had plenty of practise on the dancefloor during her two decade-long relationship with Mick Jagger.

"I've always loved dancing, I've been to lots of events with Mick and he's a great dancer and we'd dance all night," she explained.

"We had a lot of fun dancing over the years... It does make me happy, actually."

It has been reported that Hall's Strictly partner Anton Du Beke is "livid" at being paired with the "high-maintenance" star.
