Matt Dawson has bet £1,000 on himself to win Strictly Come Dancing.
The rugby star - who is through to Saturday's final of the dance contest - has said he will give his potential winnings of £2,375 to Children in Need.
Bookmaker Coral has also agreed to double his winnings and give the total to charity if Dawson beats competitor Mark Ramprakash.
"I'm really happy to be in the final and am looking forward to Saturday," explained Dawson. "It would be great to win and by placing a bet I'm hoping to raise lots of money for Children in Need."
The charity is also supported by proceeds from the show's phone voting.
