Denise Van Outen 'touch and go' for 'Strictly' performance on Saturday

Denise Van Outen may not be able to perform on Strictly Come Dancing tomorrow night (October 13).

She revealed that she was in "serious pain" after suffering whiplash to her neck in rehearsals earlier this week.

The TV presenter visited a physio yesterday (October 11) after struggling with her dance moves in training, according to The Sun.

She reportedly suffered the mild whiplash after a jive routine with professional partner James Jordan.

"I think it is touch and go whether I will be able to perform," she said.

Earlier on Twitter, she told her followers: "In the back of a cab with a stiff one – neck that is. On my way to physio."

James Jordan recently revealed that he felt under pressure by being partnered with West End performer Van Outen.

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday (October 13) at 6.30pm on BBC One.
