Kylie Minogue and the newly reunited Girls Aloud have reportedly signed up to perform on a Strictly Come Dancing charity special.

The show, to be broadcast live from London's Wembley Arena next month, will form part of the BBC's Children In Need entertainment lineup.

The singers will perform for an audience of 6,500 people as part of the two-hour long programme, reports the The Mail on Sunday.

Minogue is expected to perform her new single - the follow up to 'Flower' - from her album The Abbey Road Sessions. Girls Aloud will sing 'Something New', which is released on November 18 and has been confirmed as this year's official Children In Need single.

Cheryl Cole had been rumoured to be performing on the show as a solo artist, but November promotional appearances for her own material - including new single 'Screw You' - have taken a back seat following the band's reunion.

Girls Aloud will embark on a tenth anniversary tour in support of their new greatest hits album Ten in February next year. Tickets for 'Girls Aloud: The Hits Tour' go on general sale from 9am on Friday, October 26.

Fans who pre-order Ten before 3pm on Tuesday, October 23 will gain access to an exclusive pre-sale, which will allow tickets to be purchased 48 hours before general release.
