Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan has revealed that he is struggling with his latest routine.

Denise Van Outen's pro partner has decided to change part of their Charleston dance routine for the upcoming Children in Need special, after not being able to perfect it in time.

"We are dancing to 'Walk Like A Egyptian' and have to do all these head moves," Van Outen is quoted as saying in The Sun. "He looks like a pigeon."

Jordan said: "Even for the professionals, this is out of our comfort zone.

"Sometimes, what the choreographers want you to do isn't something that I feel either.

"Even today, Denise was laughing in the studio because I was struggling to pick things up. She thinks it's hilarious."

The pair are one of the favourites to win this year's competition, and have topped the leaderboard on several occasions.

Denise Van Outen recently spoke of her concerns over James Jordan's ankle injury.

Strictly Come Dancing continues with a Children in Need special on Friday at 8pm on BBC One.
