Denise Van Outen, Louis Smith, Dani Harmer and Kimberley Walsh will compete for the glitterball trophy this weekend, hoping for the chance to take home the series title.
Speaking on It Takes Two about the foursome, Tonioli said: "The final is going to be sensational.
"How can you call it? This final is unmissable television. Hopefully nobody will fall on their bum! The showdance... that is the one that will nail it."
The four celebs will each perform a showdance, a routine chosen by the judges and their own favourite dance of the series.
Tonioli urged fans of all four celebs to pick up the phone on Saturday night, claiming the competitors are so close that "they all need your support".

He argued that Smith's sporting mentality could be to his advantage and argued that Harmer had "grown up" and turned into a woman on the show.
The Strictly final airs on Saturday (December 22) on BBC One.
