The soap star will be joined by celebrities from previous series of the show including Zoe Ball, Denise Lewis and Louisa Lytton.
The tour begins at Glasgow SECC on January 18 and visits Newcastle, London, Nottingham, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham, with all the proceeds going to this year's Children In Need appeal.
The shows will feature the regular pattern of the BBC series, with judges Arlene Phillips, Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood touring with the dancers to offer their comments.
Audiences in the arena will be able to vote via text message for their winner.
TV presenter Zoe Ball told The Sun: "I had a blast doing the TV show and now I’ll be doing it all over again - wearing more of those amazing dresses and coming face to face with an audience of thousands at each show.
"The dancing is so much fun, it takes over your life. It’s quite stressful but afterwards you want to do it all over again."
