Flavia wasn't shocked by 'Strictly' result

Flavia Cacace has insisted that she wasn't shocked to be in the bottom two on Strictly Come Dancing last weekend.

The professional dancer, who is partnered with actor Matt Di Angelo, admitted that all of the show's stars are now worried about the unpredictable nature of the public vote.

"Matt was shocked at finding himself in that position but I wasn't, to be honest," Flavia told the Daily Star. "The thing we've all come to appreciate is that anyone could win and anyone could go out next. There's no telling what the public will do next."

Flavia also revealed that she was thrilled when she discovered that she was being paired with Matt at the beginning of the series.

"When I saw Matt my heart just leapt," she explained. "I thought: 'Brilliant!' He's young and fit and can do anything. He's a great mover and, dare I say, very cute."
