The former Scottish rugby star and his dance partner Ola Jordan were placed in the bottom two by the public, alongside actress Letitia Dean and professional partner Darren Bennett.
But the judges voted to save the EastEnders star and sent Kenny home, making him the ninth contestant to be voted out.
Head judge Len Goodman told Logan: "If I could have judged with my heart, Kenny, you would be back. But on that performance alone, [it's] Letitia and Darren."
Logan thanked Ola for her help and also his wife Gabby and her dance partner James - Ola's husband - for their support.
There are four couples left in the competition - Gethin Jones, Matt Di Angelo, Letitia Dean and Alesha Dixon.
