Letitia Dean is voted off 'Strictly'

Letitia Dean has become the tenth celebrity to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing.

The former EastEnders actress had to perform both a ballroom dance and a Latin dance with partner Darren Bennett.

Despite Matt Di Angelo and his professional dance partner Flavia Cacace scoring the lowest points with the judges, the public vote put Letitia in the bottom two against Alesha Dixon.

All four judges voted to put former Mis-Teeq singer Alesha through to next week's semi-final with dancer Matthew Cutler after the two remaining ladies performed in their dance-off.

After hearing the news Letitia said: "It's been incredible."

Talking about her dance partner Darren she added: "I've got to thank this man for all his patience, hard work, all the injuries. It's been wonderful."

Three couples remain in the competition to battle it out for a place in the final - Gethin Jones and Camilla Dellerup, Matt Di Angelo and Flavia Cacace, as well as Alesha Dixon and Matthew Cutler.
