The Strictly Come Dancing star split up with Harvey after she found out that he was having an affair with her former friend Javine Hylton, who is now expecting his baby.
But Harvey claimed that he still thinks of his ex, saying: "Our wedding was fantastic. I've still got a DVD that I watch by myself. Alesha looks amazing. It hurts when I watch it. I'm not going to lie to you.
"Last time I watched it, I was looking at the DVD going, 'Flipping hell', from that to me now going to be a father with another woman. I didn't see my life going that way."
The rapper revealed that telling Dixon about the affair was the hardest thing he has ever had to do, adding: "I've performed in front of hundreds of thousands of people, presented national television, I've done films with Hollywood actors, but this was ten times worse, telling her I'd slept with another woman."
Earlier this week Hylton said that she was supporting the former Mis-Teeq star to win the BBC dance competition this Saturday.
