Kate Garraway and Strictly Come Dancing partner Anton Du Beke are to be reunited in a new series for GMTV.
Garraway will present Inch-Loss Island when it returns for a two week run on January 14.
This year, Du Beke will be joining the Inch-Loss team of nutritionist Amanda Hamilton, fitness guru Mark Anthony, life coach Pete Cohen and Dr. Hilary Jones as they guide participants through an intensive programme of post-Christmas indulgence recovery.
"Inch-Loss was one of the first series I presented seven years ago, and I loved it," said Garraway. "It's great to have Anton in the team this year. I firmly believe that everyone should consider dancing as a way to work out and have fun. Many people are scared of gyms thinking they're full of perfect bodies so this is a fantastic alternative to getting fit and feeling and looking better."
Du Beke will teach Garraway and the participants a special dance routine over the series' two week run.
"Dancing has huge health benefits and as it isn't a solo experience, you'll never be lonely or bored working out," he said.
