Richard Arnold ended up bidding farewell to the show, Kylie and Girls Aloud blew away the crowds with special performances, and most importantly the celebs brought us some of their best dances routines to date.
Reality Bites has picked out its favourite routines from Saturday night. Do you agree with our choices?
Denise Van Outen and James Jordan - Charleston
The first 10s of the series for Denise and although we feel she was over-marked by the judges, this Egyptian-themed routine had some special moments that no other dancer in the competition can match right now.
Lisa Riley and Robin Windsor - Samba
We didn't think Robin Windsor could look any camper than he normally does when covered in glitter on Strictly. But throw him some dungarees, a booty shaking Lisa Riley and a 'Car Wash' and he can. Great fun.
Kimberley Walsh and Pasha Kovalev - Samba
After last week's slip into the bottom two, Kimberley upped the saucy stakes, whip-cracked her wiggles into shape and gave us the sexiest routine of the night and one of her best of the series.
Michael Vaughan and Natalie Lowe - American Smooth
The triumphant fist pump from Vaughany after he completed this gorgeous American Smooth was vindication of weeks of long, hard training from the cricketer. His Latin may still be as ropey as hell, but in the ballroom - Vaughany is king.
Dani Harmer and Vincent Simone - Quickstep
The cheeky duo ripped up the gigantic Wembley dancefloor with this memorable quickstep that was our personal highlight of the night. With Vincent's suit, some cracking music and Dani's super-quick, super-slick footwork, it deserved to top the leaderboard in our opinion.
