The 48-year-old Scottish singer won the public's vote after performing 'Memory' from Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats on the ITV1 show.
Asked how she had dealt with the pressure of singing live on television, she replied: "What pressure? I really enjoyed myself, I enjoyed every second. I'd do it again!"
Dance group Diversity also made it through to the final, however 10-year-old Natalie Okri was voted out by judges Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden.
The contestants are competing for a cash prize of £100,000 and the chance to perform for the Queen at the Royal Variety Show.
Boyle's performance of Les Miserables song 'I Dreamed A Dream' during the auditions stage went on to receive over 100 million hits on YouTube.
The Britain's Got Talent final is shown live on May 30.
