The Scottish singer, 48, is currently sitting at odds of 4/7 to emerge as this year's champion after wowing judges with her rendition of 'Memory' from the musical Cats during last weekend's semi final.
"You have to feel sorry for all the other contestants as nobody can compete against this lady. She is going to cost the bookmaking industry millions," said William Hill spokesperson Rupert Adams.
"We continue to be astounded by the support we are seeing for Susan. People who have never had a bet before are risking hundreds on pounds on her victory. If Susan does not win it will be the biggest surprise in nearly 30 years of TV betting."
The bookmaker is predicting that Boyle will be the shortest priced favourite in the history of reality TV betting by the May 30 final.
More than 85% of the bets cashed with the firm have been for Boyle. Other odds being offered include 3/1 that Boyle's first single will be the highest selling track of 2009, and odds of 4/1 that Catherine Zeta Jones will play her in a future biopic.
Hills is also offering 6/1 that at least 20 million people view the Britain's Got Talent final and 4/1 that the live show produces the highest TV audience of the year.
