Davis won the public vote with an impressive dance routine in tonight's semi-final. Asked how he felt, the 11-year-old was speechless.
Judge Simon Cowell said: "It's going to be a very special, close competition tomorrow night. I'm really looking forward to it."
Steel defeated Greg Pritchard in the judges' vote-off with her rendition of 'Edelweiss' from The Sound Of Music.
Piers Morgan added: "It's the best line-up we've ever had on the show...The excitement is unbearable. I can't wait."
The Dreambears, Good Evans, Luke Clements, Martin Matcham and DCD Seniors failed to make it through to Saturday's live grand final.
Aidan Davis and Hollie Steel join singers Susan Boyle, Shaun Smith, Shaheen Jafargholi and 2 Grand, dance troupes Diversity and Flawless, comedy dance duo Stavros Flatley and saxophonist Julian Smith in the last ten.
The Britain's Got Talent final airs tomorrow night at 6.45pm on ITV1.
