The Scottish singer's involvement in the shows was thrown into doubt after she checked in to The Priory clinic with exhaustion earlier this week.
Boyle finally left the facility yesterday and is now said to be making plans for her future in the music industry.
A source told The Mirror: "I would be very surprised if she didn't do [the tour]."
Boyle reportedly felt "emotionally drained" after losing out to dance troupe Diversity in the show's live final last weekend.
The insider added: "I think her breakdown was because she didn't win and didn't understand the industry. She thought her career was over. But now she has been told that she still has a shot at success - and she's raring to go. The decision's been very much put in her hands. She's under no pressure."
The Britain's Got Talent tour begins in Birmingham on June 12.
