The group leader told the BBC that life has been "mad" since they were named winners ahead of favourite Susan Boyle.
Banjo said: "I'm probably not quite as shocked as I was when I first won, I think I couldn't even talk when the judges came to me, but it still hasn't settled in 100% for me.
"It's unreal. It's been the most surreal ten days of my life so far. Photoshoots, interviews, people wanting to talk to us, people coming up to us in the street. Four weeks ago, we would walk through the street and no-one would know who we are and now all of a sudden, the whole country knows who we are. It's mad."
Diversity dancer Perri Luc Kiely added: "I've been back to school and everyone's been so happy for me, I've got a lot of support.
"It was weird because normally I just walked through the playground and was just meeting my friends, but now everyone's coming up to me."
