The singer, who finished second in this year's competition, had been a doubt for today's London show after pulling out of previous dates on the UK tour.
Speaking to The Mirror, a spokesperson for the star said: "Susan's still very tired, but she is really excited about the show and can't wait to get back on stage.
"If she were told she couldn't perform it would break her heart."
Boyle recently completed a stint in the Priory clinic after complaining of physical and mental exhaustion following her experience on the ITV1 show.
It had previously been suggested that the 48-year-old would only perform at a select number of shows on the tour in order to conserve her energy for recording her debut LP.
