Diversity 'forced to scrap nightclub tour'
Published Friday, Aug 7 2009, 17:05 BST | By David Balls

The Britain's Got Talent winners scrapped the scheduled jaunt following legal issues surrounding the group's younger stars Peri Luc Kiely, 13, and 12-year-old Mitchell Craske.
"The kids were restricted in performance times by licensing laws in any case, thus affecting the dynamic of the group," a spokesman for the dance troupe told Sky News.
"Also, the environment in these clubs wasn't suitable for a group containing such young members."
The act appeared at the launch of Disney XD, where they featured in the first programme to be aired on the new channel.
They were accompanied by 100 backing dancers for a routine carried out at Covent Garden in London.
Diversity recently denied rumours that they had been ignored by Simon Cowell in favour of Britain's Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle.
