Voices Of Glory, the Fab Five, the Texas Tenors, Paradizo Dance and Tony Hoard and his dog Rory all advanced into the next stage of the competition during last night's quarter-finals show.
Piano player Charles DeWayne failed to make the cut despite judge Piers Morgan saying that it would be "the biggest scandal in the history of America's Got Talent" if he was sent home.
Yesterday's episode also featured performances by LMFAO and magicians Penn and Teller.
They join previously announced semi-finalists Acrodunk, Drew Thomas Magic, Kevin Skinner, Grandma Lee and Arcadian Broad.
The hopefuls are competing to win a $1 million prize and the opportunity to headline a Las Vegas show in October.
