Holden becomes Boyle lookalike for show

Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has filmed a comedy scene which sees her dressing up as former contestant Susan Boyle.

According to The Sun, the 38-year-old transformed herself into a Boyle lookalike by donning a fuzzy wig, gold-coloured dress and facial hair as she appeared on Alan Carr's Chatty Man show.

Holden then reportedly joked further about Boyle's appearance by suggesting that the Scottish star looks like a man.

She is quoted as saying: "I think [Susan] looks a bit like Eddie Large facially, or Piers Morgan with a wig.

"That's obviously why she loved him, because they always say you fall in love with someone you end up looking like."

In April this year, Holden had defended Boyle's image by insisting that she doesn't need to be a "glamourpuss" to be successful.

Her Chatty Man interview airs this Sunday at 10pm on Channel 4.
