Cancer survivor takes on 'Got Talent'

However, the singer from Coedpoeth has revealed that he did not make the final 40 acts because he did not win over Simon Cowell.
Amanda Holden apparently described Chris as "absolutely outstanding", while Piers Morgan compared the performer to 2007 series winner Paul Potts.
Chris told Wrexham's The Leader that he even got a standing ovation for his performance of 'O' Sole Mio' at the Manchester auditions.
"I think Piers and Amanda are great. They were very positive about me," said the 47-year-old. "I don't know why Simon had his opinion, maybe he thought it was too soon after Paul Potts enjoyed his success and they want something different."
He added: "The whole thing was a bit of a blur for me and to be told by Simon at that stage I wasn't going through was a blow but I am determined to keep on performing and helping charity. I was born with a gift and I want to use it for good."
