Reports surfacing in the last few days suggested that Simon Cowell was eyeing a replacement for the ex-Baywatch actor, with Louis Walsh in the frame to take over.
However, in a statement released this afternoon, the channel said: "There is no truth in reports that David Hasselhoff is going to be dropped from Britain's Got Talent in 2011.
"We are delighted with our new judging panel. David Hasselhoff is doing a fantastic job, as are Michael McIntyre and Amanda Holden.
"It has always been the case that we focus on the show which is on air before we turn our attention to what comes next so we haven't yet looked at Britain's Got Talent for 2012."
ITV added: "Britain's Got Talent is currently the biggest show on UK television with huge audiences for the first three episodes which have helped ITV to dominate Saturday peak time viewing for the last fortnight."
