Singer Parke, 12, and organ-playing Martyn will be joined by fellow finalists, pianist Paul Gbegbaje and boyband New Bounce on the tour, hosted by Stephen Mulhern.
The jaunt will kick off in Newcastle on Saturday, June 11 - a week after the winner is crowned in this weekend's final show.
Britain's Got Talent Live Tour 2011 will visit cities including Glasgow, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff and Birmingham, as well as feature dates at both London's Wembley Arena and The O2.
Tickets for the shows are on sale now.
The Britain's Got Talent live semi-finals continue throughout the week on ITV1.
