Ant & Dec keeping 'fingers crossed' for 11th NTA gong - video

By and Tom Mansell
Ant & Dec have told Digital Spy that they don't want to hand over their National Television Awards crown.

The Britain's Got Talent and I'm a Celeb duo have won the 'Entertainment Presenter' title at the NTAs for the past decade and are aiming to make it 11 in a row in 2012.

Watch Ant & Dec and the Britain's Got Talent stars talking to Digital Spy earlier this week:

X Factor's Dermot O'Leary, Michael McIntyre and Keith Lemon (Leigh Francis) will battle it out with Ant & Dec for the gong this year.

When asked by Digital Spy if they thought it was time for someone else to win the title, Ant said: "You know, I won't turn it down if another one pops up."

Dec added: "We won't turn it down if they offer it. But fingers crossed, you don't know."

The National Televison Awards take place at London's 02 arena on Wednesday, 25 January.
