Holden admitted that she was disappointed with last year's victor, Scottish warbler Jai McDowall, and claimed that Got Talent will always suffer badly from X Factor comparisons if it focuses on singing talent.
"I would love for a singer not to win. Singers are the things that grab at you and immediately audiences have an affinity with, but it's not X Factor," Holden told Digital Spy.
"So I would love an elephant. A juggling elephant. Simon Cowell wants a guitar-playing dog. We could have a whole band. The Pedigree Chums."

Meanwhile, Britain's Got More Talent ITV2 presenter Stephen Mulhern was the one star involved in the show who defended last year's series of BGT, insisting that it wasn't a disappointment.

Cowell, Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon are currently touring the UK with the 2012 Britain's Got Talent auditions.
