David Walliams tips Showbears for 'Got Talent' Wildcard vote

David Walliams has vowed to send The Showbears through to the Britain's Got Talent final.

Walliams asserted that the five-piece 'Sailor Men' dance act, who exited the competition last night, still have a chance of winning the show.



Speaking on Britain's Got More Talent on ITV2, the comic said: "I think they've really got a place in this competition. If I was voting for who I would put through in the Wildcard, it would be Showbears."

Hosts Ant and Dec revealed on Sunday night that the judges will be able to save one unsuccessful semi-finalist to compete in Saturday's final.

The Little Britain comic added that he would accompany the camp quintet - as he did in the auditions - at the Royal Variety Performance.

Walliams teased: "And if they got through to the Royal Variety and they wanted me, I'd join them on stage."

The Showbears recently set their sights on performing at the Eurovision Song Contest.
