Since the channel was launched in 2009 to accompany the ITV1 show, videos from the likes of Susan Boyle, Diversity and Natalie Okri have racked up a massive total number of views.
The audition of Okri, the 10-year-old dubbed 'the baby Beyoncé', is the biggest hit on the channel, with over 54m views.
The next most popular was the audition of the flatulent Mr Methane, with 22m views, then Susan Boyle's final performance of 'I Dreamed A Dream', also with 22m views.
Jonathan & Charlotte, the runners-up on this year's Britain's Got Talent, are already the eighth most watched video on the channel, with 18m views for their original audition.
Peter Cassidy, head of Fremantle Media UK, the production company behind Britain's Got Talent, said that the programme "is not just a national treasure but a global sensation".
"Along with The X Factor UK, it's one of the most successful YouTube channels in any country, in any genre," he declared. "We look forward to the next billion."
