The Britain's Got Talent duo will appear in a one-off programme about their time together since finishing second in the competition in May.
The hour-long show will be broadcast on November 6, and will see the pair receive singing lesson's from the coach of late opera star Luciano Pavarotti.
"The doc will show fans what life has been like for them since Britain's Got Talent finished," a source told the Daily Star.
"And they'll be travelling around Europe learning about classical music, visiting Paris, Verona and Milan."
Jonathan and Charlotte will be releasing their debut studio album Together later this month.
The source added: "Ashleigh and Pudsey were the big winners but Jonathan and Charlotte captured the hearts of the nation and everyone is rooting for them.
"By the time their show airs they could have already had a number one album. It's bound to get big ratings. They want to lead on from Pavarotti's legacy - watch this space."
Together is expected to be released on September 24.
