The Britain's Got Talent duo were among the special guest performers at the event and won huge cheers from the crowd for their routine.
Pudsey was introduced on stage with an X Factor-style Wall of Stats intro, which described the dog as a "global sensation" who had performed for the Queen and millions of viewers around the world.
It also billed Pudsey as a "father-of-six" who had a girlfriend called Crumble.
It was confirmed yesterday that a Pudsey movie is in the early stages of development.
