Simon Cowell 'doubles number of vanity lights on Britain's Got Talent'

Simon Cowell has reportedly doubled the number of vanity lights he uses on the set of Britain's Got Talent.

The judge is said to be concerned that his recent weight gain could make him appear to have a double chin on screen.

"Simon started using these lights in the last series but over time he is getting more and more of them and it has gone up from two, to three and now four," a source told The Mirror

"The lights give him a healthy glow and also stop there being too much shadow around his chin and face. The idea is to make him look his best."

The insider added: "He also gets regular touch-ups on his make-up between acts."

Cowell is believed to be the only Britain's Got Talent judge to have requested vanity lights, in addition to the booster seat he reportedly uses to appear taller.
