The 34-year-old former Strictly Come Dancing judge, in an interview to air this Saturday (May 4), also addressed rumours that Simon Cowell asked her to be a judge on The X Factor.
Speaking to Britain's Got More Talent host Stephen Mulhern, Dixon said that there "are so many things I would love to do".
"It's funny, even though I was in Mis-Teeq for eight years and I had an incredible time promoting the Alesha Show record, I still feel slightly unsatisfied as an artist," she explained. "It's the one thing that when I go to bed at night is still my passion."
When Mulhern asked whether she would ever wish to go into presenting, Dixon revealed that her idol is Oprah Winfrey.
She added: "One day I would possibly love to have my own talk show."
Meanwhile, when she was asked whether Cowell had offered her a judging role on The X Factor, Dixon responded by calling Mulhern "a cheeky one".
"Simon mentioned that he thought I could do the job and that was it really," she added.
The presenter then asked whether she would say yes if she was able to judge for both ITV talent shows.
Dixon replied: "Stop asking me these questions! I don't know. At this point I want to make a record."
Britain's Got Talent airs Saturday, May 4 at 7.15pm on ITV, and Britain's Got More Talent follows at 8.15pm on ITV2.
