'Britain's Got Talent' brings 8.13m to ITV for last semi-final

Britain's Got Talent 's last semi-final topped the ratings on Saturday evening (June 1) with 8.13 million (41.9%), overnight data suggests.

A peak of 9.14m viewers saw Attraction and Jordan O'Keefe move into next week's grand final from 7pm, while a further 460k (2.2%) tuned in on +1.

The results show was seen by 7.42m (32.8%) at 9.30pm (397k/2.4% on +1).

Over on BBC One, The Voice UK fell to a new season low of 5.73m (26.5%) from 8.30pm. The show peaked at 6.27m for its latest episode, which featured the first of the knockout rounds.

Between episodes of Britain's Got Talent on ITV, Les Dawson: An Audience With That Never Was took 5.1m (23.6%) at 8.30pm, while new US spy thriller The Americans debuted with 1.98m (11.73%) at 10pm.

Back on BBC One, Casualty had 4.22m (20.6%) at 9.45pm and Beyoncé and Friends Live From Twickenham attracted 1.39m (11.8%) from 10.45pm.

BBC Two continued its Tudor Court Season with an evening of programming including A Tudor Feast and Henry VIII: Patron ot Plunderer?, which took 990k and 1.14m respectively. Movie The Other Boleyn Girl then interested 1.23m at 9.45pm.

Channel 4 showed 2007 blockbuster Transformers at 8.30pm, bringing in 880k viewers (4.5%). Grand Designs was watched by 650k (3.2%) in the preceding hour.

Elsewhere, a double bill of NCIS took 621k (3.1%) and 880k (4.1%) on Channel 5. It was followed by a double bill of Law & Order: SVU with 623k (2.9%) and 675k (4%).

Britain's Got More Talent was the highest rated show on the multichannels, pulling in 1m (5.7%) on ITV2 at 10pm.
