'Talent' star receives hero's welcome

Her friends at Blackwood Primary have reportedly been rooting for her throughout the competition and have an entire wall dedicated to her in their classroom.
Her teacher Christine Boulton told the Mirror: "I saw Connie on TV saying she had been signing autographs backstage at the final.
"She'll have plenty more to sign here. The children will be lining up for her autograph. They will all be excited to see her after she has been on their TV screens so much.
"But soon it will be forgotten and she'll be the quiet, delightful Connie we all know."
