Mone to appear on 'Apprentice' special

Michelle Mone has confirmed that she will appear on the Comic Relief celebrity edition of The Apprentice.

The founder of the Ultimo lingerie brand told Drapers that recording the show was hard work.

Mone said: "Going over to the other side of the boardroom was a real challenge.

"It was such hard work, we really didn't stop at all and only got two to three hours sleep a night - it was just go, go, go from start to finish."

Mone said that she originally thought the celebrities would be in for an "easy ride" but could not have been more wrong.

She will be joined on the show by Gok Wan and six other contestants who will be split into two teams.
