The veteran actress took part in the charity competition in 2007, appearing alongside Alastair Campbell, Piers Morgan, Trinny Woodall and Jo Brand.
Speaking about the programme, Lipman revealed: "The girls won, and the boys were absolute w***ers. They stole our chef and played dirty. There was so much competitiveness and nastiness between Alastair Campbell, Piers Morgan and the ubiquitous Trinny. That's what the show became about.
"Me and Jo Brand were given all the menial jobs, like stuffing chickens and cleaning squid, and we had such a ball together."
She added: "I'd never do any other reality TV. I love dancing, but you'd never get me on Strictly Come Dancing, being criticised by four morons."
