The economic downturn has been blamed for the North London-based company's termination, reports the Sunday Mirror.
The former Apprentice contestant once claimed that the firm was worth £2 million and Bjayou, 27, insisted that business was booming when he was late filing his accounts last May.
However, documents filed to Companies House show that the business will wind up for good on Tuesday.
Bjayou was the tenth contestant to be fired by Sir Alan Sugar in the 2008 hunt for a £100,000-a-year helper.
