Sugar accused the 28-year-old of not contributing to the tasks during his time on the show. The multi-millionaire claimed that he chose to save project manager James McQuillan over Nagra because of advice from his assistants Margaret Mountford and Nick Hewer.
"General feeling amongst my two colleagues here is that you just hang around on the periphery and don't actually do anything," said Sugar.
He also blasted teammates McQuillan and Ben Clarke for creating and going ahead with their fitness box concept on this week's task.
"You totally missed your target audience, you totally missed what the market wants," shouted Sugar. "You came up with some lump of wood and you're sitting here wondering why you didn't get any orders.
"I know why you didn't get any orders! The whole thing sucks!"
In the boardroom finale, Sugar said that he was picking Nagra for the axe because of his gut "instincts".
He said: "My instincts are that I can't really have someone that is perceived not to contribute and you may not agree with this but Maj - you're fired!"
After being fired, the Coventry-born business development manager defended his actions in the task, blaming James for the team's failure.
"I feel like Sir Alan didn't get to see the best of me and I just think he got rid of the wrong person," he said. "James has been in the firing line twice, he's failed twice and he's still in there fighting for a job with Sir Alan."
The Apprentice continues next Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.
