Majid Nagra was sacked after Sir Alan Sugar suggested that he did not "actually do anything" during the tasks on the show.
He told Metro of his plans to set up a marriage-based website aimed at Britons with an Asian heritage.
Nagra said: "It's a matrimonial site for young Asians born and bred here. Our parents have come over and brought their culture.
"Now they can stick to their religious and cultural beliefs by arranging a marriage for their children but in a safe environment".
He added that he got on with everyone during the show because "life's too short to be sour".
