Fired 'Apprentice' blasts 'Judas' rival

Davis, 33, claimed that she was wrongfully fired by Sir Alan Sugar on last night's show, insisting that Tighe or Phillip Taylor should have been axed.
"When I took Lorraine and Phillip in the boardroom, I knew it was the road less travelled and it would be an uphill battle," she told DS. "If I was strategic about it, I would have brought different people in the boardroom.
"But I asked myself, who really prevented me from winning that task and it was Phillip and Lorraine."
The New York-born applicant said that she had taken Tighe under her wing and had been "very protective" of her earlier in the show.
"When she came in the boardroom and started speaking against me, it really took me by surprise," she said. "I scuppered my own task by trying to protect her and even then she still turned on me.
"She is a bit of Judas to me and that's why you see me speaking so passionately to her in the boardroom."
The marketing consultant also singled out Taylor for criticism, arguing that the estate agent lacked the "professionalism" to match his energy and passion.
The Apprentice continues next Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.
