The former science teacher from Rochdale was forced to dress up as his team's made-up superhero for a breakfast cereal advertising challenge in week five.
Speaking about the task, Choudhury said: "The edit showed me saying that I wanted to film it and shoot it, but the next minute I was locked in a garage with my little legs dangling in the costume. So I understand why it was funny.
"I really enjoyed it actually and I think you should always do what your team manager asks, otherwise you come across as bitter and twisted...If Kimberly wanted me to dress in the Pants Man outfit, I would dress in the Pants Man outfit. It's all about winning and not about causing friction."
The Apprentice continues next Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.
