The 28-year-old, from Kent, was reported to have suggested that she would not want her six-year-old son to meet a homosexual man.
Lewis told Metro: "[The stories were] absolutely untrue.
"I have a really good gay friend who lives in Brighton who always sees my son, so I don't know where that came from."
She added that she may have been misunderstood, saying: "I don't think I put my point across very well."
Lewis was fired by Sir Alan Sugar on last night's show after her team failed in their task to rebrand the seaside resort of Margate.
