The reality TV star's firm will start selling the range of Fair Trade and Organic underwear in 2010.
Taylor, who is dating Live From Studio Five presenter Kate Walsh, met with suppliers and farmers in India earlier this year to observe the impact using organic cotton can make.
"I love the positivity of the product being organic because I have seen the difference it can make to people's lives but there is no point in doing this if it does not sell. I want this to be a cool product people wear regardless of its ethical credentials," Taylor told DS.
"I am in talks with some large distributors and charities about getting the product to the market in the new year."
A reported 20,000 deaths occurs in developing countries each year from agricultural pesticides poisoning, many of which can be attributed to the production of cotton.
