Sugar not as harsh on 'Junior Apprentice'

The 63-year-old businessman, who announced the spinoff for 16 and 17-year-olds last year, also likened himself to a headmaster the candidates will "love to hate".
He told ITN: "The knack of talking to youngsters is not to be too condescending but also to have a firmness about what you're saying.
"But at the same time recognising that you shouldn't kind of vilify them individually."
Junior Apprentice starts this Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.
