Zoe, Arjun clash on 'Junior Apprentice'

By
Zoe Plummer and Arjun Rajyagor have clashed on this week's episode of the Junior Apprentice.

The duo, who have both been tipped for success on the show, fall out during a task based around buying items from six emerging Dutch designers and selling them back in the UK.

Arjun heads up the task for Team Revolution, with Zoe and Emma Walker in his team. Meanwhile, Kirsty Cleaver and Tim Ankers are forced to work as a pair in Team Instinct. Arjun immediately finds himself struggling as project manager as he watches his teammates' uncompromising approach to negotiations with the Dutch designers.

"When we were speaking to the designers I think that Emma and Zoe were very rude to them," he tells the cameras. Meanwhile, impartial observer Karren Brady comments: "I'm surprised the people pitching haven't run out screaming and in tears!"

Speaking about his relationship with Zoe on the task, the PM adds: "I see Zoe as a very selfish person - someone who is solely here for herself. She doesn't take direction very well."

Later in the challenge, Arjun is forced to step in after Zoe gives an awkward first pitch, but this only heightens tensions between the applicants further.
