Walker, 16, who was sacked on last night's semi-final show, said that the reality programme has "distinguished who could handle it and who couldn't" in the world of business.
"Lord Sugar was the most inspiring person I have ever met. I can see why he is so successful in business," she said. "With him, there is no messing around and at the end of the day a business is out there to make profit.
"Nick [Hewer] and Karren [Brady] were very helpful, the fact they were there added pressure and made it feel like you were constantly in a business environment. Which I thought."
Walker tipped Arjun Rajyagor to win the BBC One show, describing him as "the strongest candidate". "He has the amazing ability of being good at everything he puts his hand to," she said. "He isn't a one trick pony and is a great person to work with. Plus, I genuinely believe he deserves it. My money's on him."
Speaking about her future business plans, she added: "Next year I'm planning on going to the Peter Jones business academy in Manchester. I'm really excited about this as the passion I have for business will help me achieve the best I can.
"I am also in the process of setting up my own drinks company, which in the very near future I will hope to start up."
The Junior Apprentice final airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
