Stuart Baggs makes a bad first impression on Margaret Mountford with his overly familiar greeting for Lord Alan Sugar's former aide during his interview in tonight's Apprentice.

Mountford, who quit the show after five series to focus on achieving her PhD in papyrology, returns for the gruelling one-to-one interviews.

Speaking ahead of his meeting, Baggs comments: "[Lord Sugar is] not going to give out £100,000 for nothing, is he?! You've got to show you've got the balls and the minerals to do it."

However, things get off to a bad start for the 21-year-old when he enthusiastically greets Mountford. Unimpressed, she swipes: "Would you normally address an interviewer who you hadn't met by their first name?"

Following the interview, Baggs admits: "I feel like I’ve just gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson. My head is spinning."

The Apprentice airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
