Mountford, who quit the show after five series to focus on achieving her PhD in papyrology, returns for the gruelling one-to-one interviews.
Speaking ahead of his meeting, Baggs comments: "[Lord Sugar is] not going to give out £100,000 for nothing, is he?! You've got to show you've got the balls and the minerals to do it."
However, things get off to a bad start for the 21-year-old when he enthusiastically greets Mountford. Unimpressed, she swipes: "Would you normally address an interviewer who you hadn't met by their first name?"
Following the interview, Baggs admits: "I feel like I’ve just gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson. My head is spinning."
The Apprentice airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
