Lord Sugar fired the overseas property developer on last night's show, claiming that the 28-year-old has reached "the end of the road".
Speaking to Digital Spy about his future plans, Lester said he was hoping to pursue work in the media if opportunities came his way.
"What I want to do is offer my 14 years of property experience to a wider audience," he said. "That would be brilliant. Maybe even become the next Phil Spencer, that would be pretty cool. I've got all this experience and if I get to go down the media route to showcase that to a wider audience then that would be great.
"I'm also working on a spectacular charity event for 11/11/11, which is Remembrance Day. I'm doing that with the Royal British Legion and that should be pretty cool."
The Apprentice final airs on Sunday at 9pm on BBC One.
